The one that my children have used and loved is Fun Factory through the Folsom Park and Recreation dept. It is at 2 locations: Community Center and the Sports Complex. The information comes out each January for that year and give you the details about how to register.
I have heard great things about the Folsom Cordova Unified Adult School Co-op program. It is at different elementary schools and is 4 days a week for only $100.00 a month. You need to volunteer once a week. For information, call Denise Franklin at 635-6810 x127.
I have heard great things about the Folsom Lake College Preschool. I have not been to it, but members in the ward have and seemed really happy with it.
I have also heard great things about Marble Valley Preschool.
I have only had experience with Fun Factory at the Sports Complex. It is less expensive than most around here and the lady that runs its is wonderful and creative. Hailee has really enjoyed it and I will use them in the future.
We also love Fun Factory and have attended the Community Center location for several years and still a few more to come! The one down side is that it uses a lottery system to get in, but once you are in, you don't have to re-enter the lottery as long as you have children attending consecutively. They have 3 yr. olds on TTH and 4 yr. olds MWF. The cost is $180ish/mo for MWF and a little cheaper for TTH. There is also a 1x $50 supply fee. Not a co-op. Monthly cost increases each year.
I know some people in the ward do joy school. I've been thinking about doing joy school for lizzie - she'll be 3 in march. I was interested in starting at the end of this summer. Are there any groups already planned who have room for her... or is anyone interested in starting a new group - we'd need about 6 people. Please email me ... thanks - Mara Jaocbsen

My 3 year old loves the Folsom Cordova Unified Adult School Co-op program. I love the once a week volunteer day because I get to know her friend and their parents. There is a once a month meeting and it is actually me who is going to college (and getting credits) for learning to be a better parent. It is wonderful! I also love the 3 mornings a week that I get and she is learning a lot!
My friend Shauna runs a preschool in El Dorado Hills. The preschool's name is "Little Learners Preschool." She has a few openings in her school, so please check out her website if you're looking for a preschool. I've met two moms whose kids attend Shauna's preschool and their kids love it there! Shauna's also a member of the Silva Valley Ward.
