Tip: NEVER get your hair cut at Top Cuts off of East Bidwell near Walgreen's. The guy butchered my hair. He tried to do layers I guess. Worst hair cut of my life. I had to have my husband just chop it all off.
But I have had great hair cuts at Rinnovare and Headwest -- both in Folsom.
Jill Cromwell is an owner of Maribou Salon. She's patient, fun, and really creative.
Maribou Salon is located next to the new Raley's market up at the intersection of Natoma and Blue Ravine. This salon is REALLY fun.
I get my hair cut about once every 4 to 6 years... but after getting my hair done by Jill last week, I will be making it much more frequently from now on.

I have another great recommendation for hair. She is cute and affordable. Her name is Anne Nelson. I had heard about her from Cori Lenehan and then from a couple of women at Ainsley's school. I really liked her!

If you need a great hairstylist for a reasonable fee, I highly recommend Heather Dean of A New You Salon here in Folsom. She will do whatever you ask her to (no "surprises"), her prices are very reasonable and she is a very nice person. I've been going to her for a coupe of years now and have been very happy with her. She used to do it out of her home but recently moved to the Salon to increase her volume of business but did not raise her prices, as far as I know.
