We recently had Alax clean our carpets and we were very happy. He was on time (in fact, a bit early) and explained everything thoroughly before he started. The pricing was very fair and comparable to other companies we have used. And I thought the work was outstanding. Overall we were very happy and will use Grundy Carpet Care again. P.S. We especially appreciated the personal touch, the follow up phone call, etc.
