We have two houses near us on Vierra Circle that have good light shows. Both broadcast music that you can tune your car to and the lights blink to the music. One house has tons of Christmas statues and is kind of gaudy, but neat for the kids. The other one is a 15 minute show that is classy and different light colors blink all together and around the yard! Definitely the BEST light show I've EVER seen!!

Dovewood Court in Orangevale is so much fun to walk through with the lights.

Also, Ledgemont Court in Folsom. it is off of Prewett Drive and then off of Dulverton Circle. This is my kids favorite to go by many, many times. It is close and fun.

We also go to Indian Rock Tree Farm up in the Apple Hill Area. Ben's family has been doing this every year since he was very young. The kids LOVE it.

A suggestion for anyone going to Dovewood Court - park and walk. You get a better view of the lights, and don't have to wait in the long line of cars. The kids always loved going there. Lots of fun. Don't forget to bring a food donation! They collect cans every year.

On Christmas Eve, the Briggs Ranch area puts out Luminarias. It has grown a lot over the years. We liked to drive through after leaving our Christmas Eve party. It's beautiful and serene.

Go ice skating! It's so traditional. We've been to Roseville inside around the holidays, but the Folsom Sutter ice rink is so folksy. We had so much fun!

Our street, Caversham Way, will be lined with luminaries one night only this Sunday, December 21st after dark. Come check it out - supposedly it's awesome! We can't wait!
